We accept PayPal and personal Checks. A deposit of 50% is required immediately in order to hold the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before the rental date. Cancellations 60 days in advance are fully refundable; cancellations after that will be refunded to the extent that we can re-rent the condo (minus a $100 processing fee).
We prefer a minimum of 7 days for rentals more than 60 days in advance. Christmas, New Years, and Easter require a 7 day minimum rental. Minimums may also apply for 3 day holidays.
Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out time is noon. Special arrangements can be made depending on the timing of the other guests.
Some pets are OK with prior permission and a $100.00 USD cleaning deposit.
