Floor Plans and Detailed Information
There are two 2-bedroom condos available - Brisas Amables Norte and Brisas Amables Sur. These newly remodeled units are built into the hillside one block away from the beach (see map). The condo complex shares a common pool and deck area which includes a restaurant/bar with the hotel Brisas Del Mar. The units are approximately 600 square feet in size and have an additional 250 square foot private patio.
Condo
A (Norte) and Condo B (Sur) are the same
size, but Condo A is an end-unit so it also has
some side windows that face north. Each condo can comfortably
sleep a total 4 people in the bedrooms and an additional 2 people
on the sofa bed in the living room (for an additional charge).
The condos can be rented individually or together if you want to
sleep up to 12 people.
Each bedroom has a Queen size Bed, an air conditioner, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom also has a small sink and mirror.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
Both condos have a kitchenette in the living area with a Refrigerator, Gas Range & Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, and a Bar area.
The living area faces West towards the ocean and connects to the large semi-private patio area through wide doors. Each condo has its own patio which is separated by 5 foot walls from the neighbor patios.
Both the living room and patio offer panoramic ocean views. The Living room has Cable Television, a DVD player with a small library of DVDs, Stereo, Sleeper Sofa and Ceiling fan. The Patio has a dining table and plenty of chairs and plants.
We offer Wifi internet access if your laptop supports WPA security (a newer form of wireless encryption, older laptops may only support WEP security). We also have wired access using an ethernet cable to the internet if your laptop doesn't support wireless. The hotel Brisas del Mar also offers Internet service and a laundry service.
Both condos have their own washer/dryer.
Maid service is on Tuesdays and Saturdays between 11am and 2pm. Our maid, Elly, is dedicated to our condo and gives a more thorough cleaning in those 3 hours than a typical hotel.
Some pets are allowed with prior permission and a cleaning fee.
There is limited parking available that is shared by all the condos and the hotel. But, we don't recommend renting a car in Puerto Vallarta because of the expense and hassle. Taxis are inexpensive and convenient.
Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out time is noon. Special arrangements can be made in advance depending on timing of the prior or next clients arrival/departure.
The area that we are in is hilly. Even though we are one block from the beach, the lower entrance to the condo is about 5-6 stories above the beach and the main entrance is another 5-6 stories above that. Taxis are readily available within Puerto Vallarta and can make a good alternative to walking if you are particularly tired after a long day at the beach, shopping or eating. The typical Taxi fare for within the Zona Romantica area is about $3.00 USD.
